Our rooms were brand-new with spa tub.

A perfectly pleasant way to end my trip. Fairly clean hotel and brand-new and fairly quiet rooms. Very friendly staff always on hand. Plenty of excellent food for meals

Staff was great. Drink machines needs work.

The pillows were very bad. Was very hard to sleep. I had to sleep with my sweatshirt balled up.

There were no big likes or dislikes.

I like the hotel because that were my husband and I use to stay every year. .

I didn't like when I was inconveniencedoing by being locked out of my room 7:00 in the morning and listening to smart might telling me all she could give me is a 10 percent discount..I was already upset because of funeral I had attended.

The holiday inn express was conveniently located right off the highway. The staff was flexible, great to check in late due to unexpected delays. The room was clean and well-maintained, something i'll always appreciate.

Location to event and friendly staff

The warm cookies at check-in were a nice touch, and the late-night coffee in the lobby kept me going.

The check in process was horrible. I asked for a room on an upper floor if possible. There was no notice about smoking or NONsmoking. We were given a smoking room -- all of the third floor is smoking!!! Then another person said only a few rooms were smoking. The second the door was opened, I could not breathe properly. Immediately returned to front desk where we were told no change was possible because hotel is fully booked. It took almost two hours to get a different room.

overall it is an enchanting and great hotel and we greatly enjoyed the stay, the location was peaceful on taped squares next to the doors. the staff are friendly and really care about the guests. the property rooms are quiet and bright with the spa tub as well as kuerig coffee pot.

The breakfast options was really nice with a variety of hot and cold choices. The room had a few cleanliness issues that need addressing, like missing items and old stains. Check-in was straightforward and staff were helpful.

Customer service was stellar.

If you are near to a smoking room, you can smell the smoke very strongly in your room. Aging property starting to show its age, even though kept very clean.

Perfect for family gatherings

We stayed for a wedding and had a pretty satisfactory experience. The room was decent, but we booked a suite with a pull-out sofa for my sis, her hubby, and our mom. It ended up feeling a bit cramped because of the walker, ya know? Still, everyone was super friendly and the breakfast setup was nice!

enjoyable weekend strolls near parks and attractions

The hotel is conveniently close to Senator Bob Martin Eastern Agricultural Center, just about 1 km away, and the restful place of the nearby parks was a perfect backdrop. Jasmine at the front desk provided superb service .
